We source most of our materials from local stores and artists (we try to avoid buying from large corporations as much as we can, but sometimes it’s unavoidable)

We are always looking for other suppliers and artisans, so if you think we would be interested in working with anyone, feel free to tag us in their social media posts or send us their information.

Choose which clasp/closure you would like to attach your chain the straps of your mask. We offer the options of lobster claw, lanyard hook, or lever back closures. If a certain closure you would like is out of stock, but there are others in stock with that style with different closures, email us at hello@airwearsupply.com and we’ll see if we can switch the closures our for you. We cannot guarantee this, especially with chains made by other artists.

Select the Charm(s) you would like and specify which chain you would like to add them onto. There is a small charge for the time and labor put into customizing your chain, as well as the cost of the charm itself.

If ordering more than one chain and multiple charms, we may email you to clarify what design you imagined, or feel free to email us pre-emptively at hello@airwearsupply.com to discuss your custom design.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This is for safety of our staff and future customers. If your mask chain breaks within 30 days, please contact hello@airwearsupply.com to discuss what we can do about talking you through a repair, or in select cases, we may issue a replacement Replacements cannot be guaranteed, since a lot of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or are made by other artists.
